We accept refund/replace request if there is a manufacturing defect or the package gets damaged during transportation.
We request you to notify us through an e-mail with 1-3 pictures at email@example.com with , if you notice any defect within 24 hours of receiving the package. On understanding the defect/damage, we will initiate the process with 3 working days. Refund is initiated only if the product is in the original packaging, labels and seals unbroken. Typically refunds are initiated within 3 working days and takes up to 10 working days to reflect the amount on your account. It takes about 7-10 business days to replace the product.
Only items purchased on pueronline.in are eligible for return. For items purchased on other ecommerce platforms or retailer partners, please contact the mentioned entity directly regarding return policy and related assistance.
Promotional items and items purchased during sales and promotions are not eligible for return.
