- Return & Refund Policy
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a defect due to manufacturing
- Products Damaged or Leaked in Transit: If the products are damaged or leaked during transportation.
- How to Request a Return or Refund:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

- Provide details of the issue along with images and videos of the damaged/defective product(s). We NEED pictures of the original label on the package to initiate further steps.
- Unboxing videos are helpful in expediting the refund process in case of damage or missing items.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds are only initiated if the product is in original packaging, with labels and seals unbroken.
- The refund process begins within 3 working days upon verification.
- The refunded amount may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
- Exclusions:
- Only items purchased on pueronline.in are eligible for return.
- For purchases made through third-party platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), please contact them directly.
- Promotional items, sale items, and discounted purchases are not eligible for return.

How to Request a cancellation:
- Contact us via email at care@brandnourish.in or call 9836119111.
- Provide your order number when requesting a cancellation.
- Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours.
- Important Notes:
- Please note that cancellation is not possible if order has already been processed or shipped.
- If the cancellation request is approved, a refund will be processed within 3 working days. It may take 5 to 7 days for the refund to reflect in original payment source.
- Damaged, Expired, Defective, or Wrong Items
What to Do If You Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product:
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Email us at care@brandnourish.in with: Order details, Images of the damaged/incorrect product, along with images of the package (both closed and open) with label.
- Unboxing videos are an added bonus for faster refund in case of damaged or missing products.
Resolution:
- If the product is available, we will send a replacement.
- If unavailable, we will process a full refund.
